About Us

Hagarville Grocery was established in 1963 and has operated continously since then.  Alice and Mark Hodge purchased the store in 1994.  We are located in Hagarville, Arkansas on Highway 123, just moments away from some of the most beautiful country in the Ozarks.  Hiking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, canoeing, hunting, rapelling, four wheeling and camping are some of the activities available in the Piney Creeks WMA and Ozark National Forest.

OHT Shuttle Service

We offer shuttle service for the Ozark Highlands Trail.  We can cover Sections Five and Six, from Ozone to Fairview.  Call for availability and prices.

Please allow at least three days advance notice when scheduling a shuttle.  I can carry four hikers comfortably.  For parties of more than four please call and we'll make arrangements to fulfill your needs.

OHT Update 5-19-2009

Trail is in good shape from Ozone to Fairview.  You can get through just fine. The Ozone and Fairview campgrounds remain closed although the Ozone parking area is open and you can park in the Fairview CG.  Haw Creek CG is open and has had improvements.  $4 to camp there.
